Shipping policy
SHIPPING
Your delivery address should be serviceable by our logistics partner.
In case your order cannot be serviced, you will receive an email from our customer service team within 7 days of placing the order.
If you don’t receive your order within 7-10 working days, please email us your order number at mama@mamarill.com
Cash On Delivery Policy
- If you opt for COD, you will have to pay the order amount to our courier partners when the package is delivered to you.
- You are requested to pay in cash only. Do not accept cheque, demand draft or online payment for COD orders.
- You are requested not to pay for any additional charges to the courier staff. Your invoice amount is inclusive of all charges.
CANCELLATION
Orders once shipped cannot be cancelled. For exceptional circumstances write to us at mama@mamarill.com at the earliest.
