SHIPPING
Your delivery address should be serviceable by our logistics partner.
In case your order cannot be serviced, you will receive an email from our
customer service team within 7 days of placing the order.
If you don’t receive your
order within 7-10 working days, please email us your order number
at mama@mamarill.com
Cash On Delivery Policy
- If you opt for COD, you will have to pay the order amount to our courier partners when the package is delivered to you.
- You are requested to pay in cash only. Do not accept cheque, demand draft or online payment for COD orders.
- You are requested not to pay for any additional charges to the courier staff. Your invoice amount is inclusive of all charges.
CANCELLATION
Orders once shipped cannot be cancelled. For exceptional circumstances write to
us at mama@mamarill.com at the earliest.

Returns and Refunds
If for any reason, you would want to return or exchange the product,
here’s all you need to know:
- To initiate your returns or exchange drop us
an email on mama@mamarill.com with your Order ID and Phone
number. To fasten the process please send us photos of the unused clothing
with tags intact in the clear packaging that every product is packed in.
Keep the receipts and tags on! No take-backs if they’re off
- We usually respond within 48 hours so please
wait to hear from us
- We will initiate a return/exchange pickup, you
can expect further communication via email
- Please send the product(s) back to us in its original
condition
- You’ve got 10 days to exchange the
product
- There will be no exchange or refund on items
bought during sale.
